Restoration Technician

SERVPRO is committed to 100% customer satisfaction and has built a reputation for honesty and integrity.*Responsibilities** Perform/evaluate restoration activities including but not limited to water extraction, fire damage, set up of specialty equipment and demolition.* Load, inventory and maintain work vehicles with tools, equipment and all necessary supplies for each project.* Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up staging area and equipment for each project.* Ensure cleanliness and organization of work areas during and after projects.* Communicate with customers to explain the restoration process and address any concerns.* Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals efficiently.*Requirements** Experience in the restoration industry preferred, especially in fire and water damage.* Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 100 pounds or more (with assistance)* Valid driver's license a MUST* Ability to use hand tools safely and effectively.* Strong communication skills to interact with customers professionally.* Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights and occasionally work in tight spaces, i.e. crawl spaces, attics.If you are passionate about helping others and want to make a difference in their lives, apply today to join our team at Servpro of NW/SW Monroe County!Job Type: Full-timePay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hourExpected hours: 35 – 40 per weekBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Health insurance* Paid time offSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Holidays* Monday to Friday* Nights as needed* On call* Overtime* Rotating weekends* Weekends as neededSupplemental Pay:* Bonus opportunities* Overtime payWork Location: In person
