Mold Remediation Technician

Responsibilities:- Perform mold remediation tasks as directed- Assist in the clean-up and restoration of properties affected by water and mold damage- Use power tools and equipment to remove debris, build temporary structures,- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment- Document work performed and maintain accurate recordsRequirements:- Previous experience in the restoration industry is preferred- Knowledge of general construction, mold remediation, and water damage restoration techniques- Familiarity with mold abatement procedures is a plus- Ability to operate power tools and other equipment safely and effectively- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accuratel, while working on a three to four man team.- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods of time- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environmentNote: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
