Bartender

*Job Description:*We are looking for an enthusiastic bartender to provide an excellent guest dining experience. Long-term experience is not required, we are here to develop our team members. Finney's is a fast-paced environment with 30 craft beers on tap, a large selection of craft cocktails, shooters, call drinks, and wine options. Must be 21 years or older and must have a minimum of 1 year of bartending experience.*Responsibilities** Prepare drinks for the bar and all restaurant patrons* Meet our service and suggestive selling standards* Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience* Assess and anticipate our guests' needs* Prep and juice all our in-house syrups and juices* Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies* Comply with all food and beverage regulations including RBS*Skills** Proven working experience as a bartender* Proper jigger use* Great work ethic* Positive attitude* Works and cares to have knowledge of our product(s)* Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean* Relevant training certificationJob Type: Part-timePay: $16.00 per hourBenefits:* Employee discountApplication Question(s):* Are you 21 years or older?Education:* High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:* Restaurant Experience: 2 years (Preferred)Work Location: In person
