*Residential Property Supervisor (Full-Time, Hybrid)**Location:* Studio City, CA 91604*Schedule:* Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)*Salary:* $66,560 to $85,000 per year, plus monthly performance-based bonuses*Work Arrangement:* Hybrid – 4 days in office, 1 day remote*Annual Benefits: *10 paid vacation days, 7 paid holidays, 6 paid sick days, 401K with 4% matching, subsidized health insurance, dental and vision. We’re also known for providing a supportive workplace where employees are encouraged to grow, collaborate, and thrive.*About the Role*We’re seeking an experienced Residential Property Supervisor to manage a diverse portfolio of approximately 400 residential units across Los Angeles. These include single-family homes and small multi-family buildings. This position plays a key role in maintaining the quality, efficiency, and profitability of our properties while building strong relationships with property owners, resident managers, and tenants.*What You'll Do** Supervise a portfolio of 150+ properties throughout Los Angeles* Lead communication with 60–80 property owners and ensure their assets are well cared for* Manage and support 10–15 resident managers or on-site staff* Conduct regular property inspections and ensure timely maintenance follow-ups* Collaborate with internal departments including accounting and maintenance* Use AppFolio to manage rent collections, delinquencies, reports, lease renewals, and compliance* Use Property Meld and AppFolio to manage work orders and vendor coordination* Oversee move-ins, move-outs, rent increases, and building operations* Ensure tenant issues are resolved quickly and respectfully*What You’ll Bring** Minimum of 2 years of experience managing 200–500 residential units* Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws and California landlord-tenant regulations* Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills* Proven experience supervising resident managers or on-site staff* Proficiency in AppFolio, Microsoft Office, and general property management software* Valid California driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current insurance* Spanish fluency required*Training & Onboarding*We set you up for success with structured onboarding and hands-on training in:* AppFolio (reporting, communication, leasing, delinquency management, and maintenance tracking)* Property Meld (work order creation and chat tools)* Building inspections, rent registration, and client communication* Review of our lease packages, property supervisor metrics, and compliance practices* Access to video tutorials, operations manuals, SOPs, and live support from team leaders*Why LAPMG?** A hybrid work schedule with structure and flexibility* Leadership that believes in clarity, communication, and team success* A growing company with room for advancement* A collaborative environment where your voice matters*Ready to Apply?*If you’re a high-performing residential property professional who’s ready for a long-term opportunity in a company that’s committed to quality and employee success, we’d love to hear from you.
