We're looking for an experienced *Irrigation Install Manager* to help us lead the next chapter of our success.About the RoleAs a Miller Irrigation Install Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing 3 install crews and would report directly to the operations manager.Responsibilities* Directly manage design/ crews and supervise our crew leaders to ensure quality installations of irrigation, drainage, and lighting projects* Conduct site visits to assess project progress and make necessary adjustments with field technicians and crew leads* Work directly with irrigation sales and Owners for layout and installation* Oversee and direct projects from concept to completion* Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences* Build relationships with our clients and in the community.* Select appropriate materials for each project* Schedule projects, crews, and allocate team resources* Order materials, equipment, and coordinate with subcontractors* Track project changes, process change orders, and be responsible for invoicing and project job costing.* Assist Sales Team in making sales calls when needed and translate client ideas into design and proposals* Assist Sales Team in estimating projects with our digital estimation platform* Coordinate with Service Manager for best practices and project crossoverStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices* Creation and ownership of operations related KPIs* Assist in training install crews using our online training platformsCompensation & Benefits*Base Salary:* $58,000 – $68,000/year based on experience* *Incentive Opportunities:** Bonus program dependent on division KPI goals and overall profitability*Benefits Include:** 401(k) with company match* Health, dental, and vision insurance* Paid time off and holidays.
