Motomaki is a Hawaiian/Japanese fast casual restaurant that specializes in sushi burritos and bowls. We are looking for hard working, team players that possess the following skills:- Multi-Tasking- Team player- Good Work Ethic- Positive Attitude- Enthusiastic- Responsible- Good Communication- Good Leadership skillsSome of the areas that assistant general managers and shift leaders are responsible for include:- Consistently provides a quality product and guest service experience that delivers total guest satisfaction and sets an example of guest engagement by building lasting relationships.- Establishes an environment of trust to ensure honest, open and direct communication; and provides a communication process that works up, down, and across the organization.- Provides direction to employees regarding operational and procedural issues.- Ensures food and beverage quality by maintaining high levels of cleanliness, organization, storage, and sanitation of food and beverage products.
