Grill Cook/Bartender

/** Private Club (Social)* Must have Grill/Frier cooking experience.* Must have Bartending experience.* Welcoming customers and listening to people to determine beverage preferences, and taking drink and/or food orders.* Cooking for customers as needed.* Informing customers about new beverages, Raffles and specials.* Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to customers.* Checking identification to ensure customers are the legal age to purchase alcohol and are active members.* Ensuring bar and tables are well-stocked.* Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations.* Prepping food for next shift and stocking as needed.* Cooking using grill and frier cooking equipment.* Handling cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring charges are accurate and returning correct change to patrons, balancing the cash register.* Maintaining a clean work and dining area by removing trash, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment.* Serve as a Bartender, Waitress and cook, handling customer orders and service as well as food preparation.Job Duties:* Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, preparing them efficiently, and building a positive experience with customers.* Handle card and cash transactions, ensuring that all funds in the cash drawer are accounted for by the end of the shift* Keep an eye on patron intoxication levels and respond appropriately* Identify belligerent customers, and work with management when needed to maintain a safe environment* Clean the bar and the surrounding area of spills and other messes as needed* Other duties as requestedThis Job Is:* Open to applicants who do not have a college diplomaWork remotely* NoJob Type: Part-timePay: $10.56 per hourExpected hours: 15 – 20 per weekBenefits:* Flexible scheduleExperience:* Bartending: 1 year (Required)Work Location: In person
