*Job Title:* Electro-Mechanical Technician*Location:* Northborough, MA*Job Type:* Full-Time*Compensation:* Up to $35/hour, based on experience*Travel Requirement:* 75–100%*About the Role:*We are seeking a skilled Electromechanical Technician with a strong background in troubleshooting and diagnostics to join our growing team. This role involves frequent travel and requires a candidate who is comfortable flying and working on-site across various locations. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in a related field, with proven expertise in low-voltage systems, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, and diagnostics.*Key Responsibilities:** Diagnose and repair electromechanical equipment and systems* Perform preventative maintenance and inspections* Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, including low-voltage switches* Read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics* Use a multimeter effectively for diagnostics and measurements* Collaborate with engineering and service teams to resolve complex issues* Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company procedures* Travel 75–100% of the time to job sites*Qualifications:** 3+ years of experience in electromechanical systems or a related technical field* Proficient in electrical troubleshooting and diagnostics* Experience with low-voltage switches and components* Generic PLC experience preferred* Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documentation* Skilled in using a multimeter accurately and safely* Valid driver’s license and current passport required* Must be willing and able to fly frequently* Must be able to pass a physical aptitude test (lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, work at heights)* Experience with Vertical Lift Modules (VLMs) and/or conveyor systems is a plus* Strong problem-solving and communication skills* High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or associate degree preferred*What We Offer:** Competitive pay up to $35/hour, depending on experience* Opportunities for advancement and technical training* Health, dental, and vision insurance* 401(k) with company match* Paid time off and holidaysJob Type: Full-timePay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hourBenefits:* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceSchedule:* Rotating shiftAbility to Commute:* Northborough, MA 01532 (Preferred)Ability to Relocate:* Northborough, MA 01532: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)Willingness to travel:* 100% (Preferred)Work Location: In person
