Our McDonald’s is now hiring crew members to join our restaurant opening and morning team. As a opening or morning Crew Member, you’ll be a part of a community that thrives on service- to each other, customers, and the community. We are hiring immediatelyand look forward to meeting with interested candidates.*Responsibilities:** Greet every customer with eye contact and a smile, strong customer service skills* Acknowledge every waiting customer as soon as they arrive at the register to let them know you’ll be right with them.* Listen to customer needs; ask appropriate follow-up questions to ensure you offer appropriate products that meet the specific need of the customer* Complete transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging customers in appropriate conversation* Work well with other team members and management.
