Finishing Machine Operator

We are currently seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join our Finishing department as Machine Operators.*Job Summary:*As a Finishing Machine Operator, you will operate and maintain high-speed equipment such as the Bobst die cutter and Film Laminating machines to ensure production goals are met safely and efficiently.*Key Responsibilities:** Set up and operate finishing machines (Bobst, Film Laminator, etc.) to meet production standards* Monitor equipment for proper operation and product quality* Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues* Accurately follow job specifications and safety procedures* Maintain clean and organized workstations* Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets*Open Positions & Shifts:**Bobst Operator*· *2nd Shift:* Monday – Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM· *3rd Shift:* Sunday – Thursday | 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM*Film Laminating Operator*· *2nd Shift:* Monday – Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM· *3rd Shift:* Sunday – Thursday | 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM*Qualifications:** Previous experience operating Bobst or film lamination machines preferred* Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail* Ability to read and interpret production orders* Good communication and teamwork skills* Comfortable standing, bending, and lifting (up to 50 lbs) for long periodsJob Type: Full-timePay: From $18.00 per hourBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Health savings account* Life insurance* Paid time off* Relocation assistance* Vision insuranceSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Evening shift* Night shift* Overnight shiftApplication Question(s):* Are you willing to undergo a background check and drug screening as part of the pre-employment process, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations?(All offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and drug screening, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.)* Have you ever been employed by Berryville Graphics, BPG, Coral Graphics, Dynamic Graphics, or Doubleday?
