Mowing, Shredding, and Land Clearing Ground Hand

TerraSol LLC is a small, family owned company based out of Taylor, Texas. We perform work in the vegetation maintenance sector. Work scopes include but not limited to : Large acreage shredding with batwing shredders and mowing with zero turns, weed-eating, mechanical and hand clearing of brush, trees, and other undesired vegetation, herbicide applications, fertilizer applications, etc.Responsibilities of a Laborer / Hand will include:* Running hand tools such as a weed-eater or chainsaw on multiple projects to assist with the removal of undesired vegetation.* operating smaller equipment types such as a zero turn mower.* operation of company owned vehicles on public roads to assist with transportation.* Assisting fellow employees with different responsibilities and skills to have a satisfactory completion of a project.Applicant must have prior experience working in a vegetation maintenance setting.Applicant must be willing to travel (lodging and transportation paid by company) in peak growing season times. This position is a traveling position. Applicant should expect on the road travel from 50% of the year. Regular away schedules are Monday to Friday home on weekends.Applicant will need to undergo a background check and drug test prior to starting date.Applicant will need to commute daily to Taylor.
