Shed and Building Site Prep Lead

We are customer-centric, professional and fast-paced.We are looking for a person to perform pad prep and ground work for shed delivery and installation. This includes clearing small areas, leveling, and building stone pads for sheds to be built or dropped on. Some fence work may be required. The candidate must have strong communication and customer service skills and be able to communicate effectively and clearly with customers and owners.Must have at least five years of experience operating a skid steer.Must be available to work Monday - Friday and live near Winchester, VA. 3-4 day work weeks, some Saturdays possible.
