_Residential Property Manager _*RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY MANAGER*Denali Real Estate is Arizona’s premier residential property management company. We are rapidly growing and we are looking to expand our property management team out of our Mesa office. This position would expand our team to manage residential properties throughout the greater Phoenix metro area. Properties we manage include single family homes, townhomes, condominiums and small multi-family units.While property management experience is not required, it is recommended. Ideal agents will have experience in residential real estate sales or management; however, motivated new agents are welcome. Training is expected to be 3-6 months depending on the individual hired. Once training is completed, the property manager can work remotely at their discretion. An active Arizona real estate license is required.Responsibilities:- Manage assigned residential properties on an ongoing basis- Communicate with clients all relevant property and tenant information on an ongoing basis.- Obtain owner approvals for relevant items such as tenant approvals, maintenance items and lease renewals.- Ongoing tenant communication to address items such as questions, concerns, maintenance needs, lease renewals.- New Tenant Move in Inspections and Move Out inspections for expired leases.- Property showings for vacant rentals assigned to the Property Manager- Report directly to the Designated Broker on an ongoing basis and provide weekly reporting in designated format.Qualifications:- An active Arizona real estate license or working towards obtaining your license within 60 days.- Three years experience as a licensed real estate agent or equivalent management role- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.- Must be highly organized and be able to follow an approved process.- Must be able to work as part of a team- Must be able to multi-task on multiple items concurrently- Must have a reliable vehicle and willing to cover the entire Phoenix metro area.Employment application will be required prior to employment.Please send resume/job history and work references to us by replying to this ad.
