/*Personal Training Certification RequiredTrain and Nourish Fitness Studio is a *women’s-only strength training studio* with four locations, dedicated to empowering women through *proper lifting techniques*. Our mission is to help clients—from *beginners to advanced lifters*—gain confidence and strength while overcoming *gym intimidation*.We are looking for an *experienced, certified female personal trainer* to join our *Ardmore location immediately*. This role is perfect for a coach who is passionate about *strength training, biomechanics, and evidence-based programming*. You will work *one-on-one with clients*, coaching them to master *progressive overload, movement patterns, and injury prevention*.*What We Offer:*✅ *Consistent Client Leads* – We provide all leads, but encourage trainers to build their own brand.✅ *Competitive Pay* – Hourly pay for sessions and classes, plus *monthly sales commissions*.✅ *Flexible Scheduling* – Make your own hours as an *independent contractor*, with a minimum of *15 hours per week*. (This role is *full-time preferred: 20-25 hours/week*.)✅ *Professional Growth* – Work in a *supportive, education-driven environment* focused on *strength training fundamentals, women’s health, and injury prevention*.*Key Responsibilities:*- Conduct *personalized fitness assessments* and develop *individualized strength programs* based on client needs and goals.*- Coach proper exercise techniques, biomechanics, and injury prevention* to ensure safety and effectiveness.- Lead *small-group strength training sessions* with a focus on form, progression, and motivation.- Track *client progress* and adjust programming to *maximize strength gains and performance*.- Actively *promote personal training services* and build client retention through exceptional coaching.*Qualifications:*✔ *Certified Personal Trainer (CPT)* – NASM, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent.✔ *Strong background in strength training, movement mechanics, and program design.*✔ Experience with *progressive overload, barbell/dumbbell training, and functional movement patterns*.✔ *Experience in coaching women* of varying fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes.✔ Background in *fitness sales, personal training memberships, or health club operations* is a plus.✔ A *passion for empowering women* through strength training and *evidence-based coaching techniques*.If you’re an experienced coach who *loves strength training, thrives in an educational environment, and wants to help women feel confident lifting*, we’d love to hear from you!Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, ContractPay: $27.00 - $46.00 per hourExpected hours: 15 – 30 per weekBenefits:* Flexible scheduleLicense/Certification:* personal training certification (Required)Shift availability:* Day Shift (Required)* Night Shift (Required)Ability to Commute:* Ardmore, PA 19003 (Required)Work Location: In person
