Cultivation and Harvest Technician

Seeking RELIABLE, hardworking, and honest person to help with many aspects of our state of the art outdoor marijuana cultivation. Perfect for the individual that enjoys working outdoors, gardening, landscaping, and working with their hands. MUST BE ABLE TO WALK, BEND, AND USE HANDS-fitness helps! Summer work involves soil prep, irrigation work, planting, de-leafing plants, watering, harvesting, cutting, weighing, hanging and trimming plants. Indoor work continues in the winter: trimming, bucking and bagging. This is a year round position. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY. BIGGEST REQUIREMENT IS A STRONG WORK ETHIC. Located in the beautiful Colorado Rocky Mountains and bordering pristine national forest, our marijuana cultivation is completely organic and zero carbon emissions.Side Note: If you have tractor or heavy equipment experience that is welcome!
