Assistant Restaurant FOH Supervisor

Job Overview: FOH Assistant Restaurant SupervisorRESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to the following:-Customer Service Management; communicate with customers, resolve guest's problems, teach staff customer service skills on the daily, ensure our guests satisfaction standards are being met, track our guest's purchasing trends, collaborate with management team your ideas to improve guests service operations.-Maintaining Operational Standards; learn all of our restaurants operational procedures, perform restaurant closing procedures, inventory management, ensure food safety and quality, maintain equipment and handle customer service issues. Follow and enforce procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.-Supervision of Staff; supervise and motivate, train and develop, oversee scheduling needs and labor goals, ensure staff members are following restaurant policies and procedures as well as health and safety regulations.-Handle Financial Responsibilities; handle cash, track sales, control cost. Must be responsible, focused, meticulous and accurate. Know your numbers; sales projections and goals. Data entry.-Communicate and Collaborate; work in conjunction with others on the restaurant supervisory team by sharing all restaurant issues, concerns and offering support and participating in collaborating methods and goals.
