The ideal candidate will be responsible to ensure the property is clean, functional, and presentable at all times. This role combines janitorial duties with light maintenance tasks, requiring versatilty, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.*Responsibilities:** Maintain cleanliness of common areas (lobbies, hallways, elevators, trash rooms, etc.) through sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing.* Perform light maintenance (e.g., changing light bulbs minor repairs, painting touch-ups).* Assist with moving furniture, packages or equipment as needed.* Monitor and report safety hazards or major maintenance issues.* Suppor seasonal tasks (e.g., snow removal, leaf clearing, power washing).* Ensure trash/recycling is collected and disposed of properly.* Interact professionally with residents and address minor requests.* Perform outdoor landscaping upkeep, including weeding, trimming bushes, and maintaining garden areas.*QUALIFICATIONS --** 1+ years of experience in cleaning, maintenance, or porter roles preferred.* Basic handyman skills (tools, painting, simple repairs) a plus.* Ability to lift +50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather.* Strong time management and self-motivation.* Customer service attitude and reliability.*THE TEAM --*A dynamic team of scrappy, ambitious, hustling individuals who strive to reach their goals and push each other to do the same.*MOTIVATIONS --** A fast paced environment – All team members must possess the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changing processes, procedures and goal expectations.* Excellent communication skills – Our team must foster trust in each other and a strong commitment to achieving company objectives.* Personal development – A desire to continually develop and invest in growth, both personal and professional, is a quality possessed by each member of the team.Are you looking for a role that will help you to reach your highest potential?
