Do you love babies and want to spread your motherly love to influence and to shape the future of the staff and the children?Reporting to the Regional Director of Operations, you are responsible for the day-to-day tasks including staff and schedule management, facility repair and maintenance, family engagement such as tours, parent orientation, student safety, health and outcome. You will also go through VINCI training programs to learn about different teaching strategies such as Montessori, Reggio Emilia and STEM learning, and technology tools which use data to drive decision making.The successful candidates possessa few of following experiences or skills:Experiences/Skills:* Loving, kind and caring* Rule abiding and following policies perfectly* Warm, respectful and supportive to the staff, optimizing staff count for ratio and cost* Customer service oriented, responsive, communicative and extremely well organized* Superior oral and written communications skill* Comfortable with computer, Excel sheet/data anlysis, Google drive* Integrity and professionalismTo be considered, candidates should apply with cover letter stating your qualifications and salary requirements.
