Bartender/Server

The ideal candidate for this position has previous experience in a bar setting, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is capable of taking direction well and multi-tasking effectively.This job requires a candidate to be a Bartender AND a server whichever the restaurant needs to cover a shift. Candidate MUST be willing to do both! ie you might be serving all this week, or have 1 bar shift and 2 server shifts, etc…Responsibilities:Greet customers and take orders in a friendly and professional manner.Know how to make a great margarita, Old Fashioned and other cocktails. Mix drinks according to recipes and customer specifications.Serve food, be an advocate for HBJ’s culture, “Where Western Hospitality is Always a Tradition”.Keep bar area always clean and organized when bartending.Do your share of sidework as bartender or server.Restock bar with liquor, beer, wine, and other supplies as needed.Check customer IDs to ensure they are of legal drinking age.Ensure that customers are not over-served alcohol.We Work as a TEAM in ALLCapacities at HBJ!
