Counter Person

Responsibilities:- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently- Handle cash transactions and provide change to customers- Use the POS system to input orders and process payments- Assist maintaining cleanliness in the dining area- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to increase sales- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concernsSkills:- Knowledge of culinary terms and menu items to assist customers with their selections- Sales skills to effectively upsell and promote menu items- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environmentNote: Previous experience working as a Counter Person or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
