*Position Overview**Hiring For Odessa, Texas and Williston, North Dakota*Successful Candidate will be responsible for Safety overwatch work, donning/doffing SCBA, well testing hazardous gas environments, rescuing man down situations if they arise. Learning to operate, rig up and down our proprietary alert systems and gas detection equipment. Candidate will also be maintaining current business relationships with Oilfield Clients. Position may include hands on delivery, setup and instruction of our proprietary Alert System, Gas detection equipment and or Supplied air packs, rescue packs and Air trailer equipment.*Primary Job Functions** Being rescue certified and fit to rescue in man down situations. Writing rescue plans and doing safety overwatch of working rigs/men. Delivery and setup of supplied breathing air trailer and equipment. Taking readings from Wells. Pulling tubes or sniffing wells.* Hands on execution of delivery, setup, instruction and maintenance of our products and possibly developing and overseeing additional team members to accomplish these tasks as the company grows.* Communication with oilfield clients to determine exact safety needs for Rescue plans, Well Testing, opening and closing wells, and reporting findings from using gas sniffing equipment/pulling tubes. Also, determining needs for Alert system, Gas detection and Air needs. Remaining on locations throughout the Bakken for long periods of time may be required.* Protect company value by keeping information confidential* Communication with clients regarding operational and logistical issues, changing processes and work updates.* Communication with clients and employees effectively to ensure we meet client needs in a timely fashion* Practice safety on a daily basis and continually train in safety standards while disseminating these standards and expectations to subordinates*Qualifications** Rescue certified and trained. Minimum of 1 years of verifiable oilfield experience. Oilfield air/rescue and gas work, service, hotshot work, Rig work, Safety work etc.* Current Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record-No major violations such as DUI, wreckless driving, etc.* Must be authorized to work in the United States* Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test as well as random tests during employment duration.* Must be willing to travel extensively in the Permian Basin and/or the Bakken area daily and work Rotation such as 21 days on 10 days off. Being able to work a varied schedule without specific restrictions.* Proficient use of computer, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook* Verifiable reliable work history and willing to work up to 14 hours per day if necessary.* Must be able to pass all safety training classes required by clients such as, but not limited to, OBOW, H2S Clear, PEC, OSHA 10 etc.*Skills** Effective communication both verbal and written* Rescue Certification and training and Supplied Air service experience will be highly valued when evaluating candidates.* Effective "Active" Listening.
