We pride ourselves in making sure we're better than our competition in these ways.We are looking to add an EXPERIENCED and relationship-driven Commercial Property Manager to our team. At MPB Realty Services, Inc., relationships come first. We value managers who understand the importance of service, communication, and long-term partnership. This role is ideal for someone who excels in tenant relations, property operations, budgeting, and vendor coordination. Key responsibilities include managing the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of commercial properties, coordinating and supervising vendors, maintenance and capital improvement projects, ensuring lease compliance and resolving tenant issues efficiently, preparing annual budgets, CAM estimates, and CAM reconciliations, reviewing and issuing monthly financial reports, conducting regular property inspections, and working closely with property owners and our internal asset management team to maximize property value. The right candidate for this role will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience managing commercial properties, hold an active Arizona Real Estate License and possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
