Guest Service Agent

We are looking for one candidate, with an amazing personality and somebody who is passionate about providing excellent guest service to join our guest service team, who welcome guests from the world to Santa Barbara.These positions are for full time guest service agents who can work a flexible schedule of day and evening shifts. We are open 24/7, 365 days a year so you must also be able to work weekends and holidays.This position entails welcoming guests and assisting them with anything they need while here in Santa Barbara.Prior hotel retail/front desk/guest service experience is a PLUS but not required if you have an amazing personality and some related work experience,We also offer health and dental insurance within 60 days of hire plus additional benefits such as paid vacation, sick pay and holiday pay.
