Intermediate Interior Designer

*About the Role:*We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented *Intermediate Interior Designer* to join our team, with a primary focus on the *FF&E* department. This role is ideal for someone with 4+ years of professional experience who is passionate, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is eager to grow within a fast-paced, design-driven studio.*Key Responsibilities:** Support the FF&E team in the selection, specification, and documentation of furnishings, finishes, lighting, and decorative accessories.* Prepare and maintain FF&E schedules, presentation boards, and procurement documentation.* Collaborate closely with senior designers and project managers to ensure design intent is clearly translated into drawings and specifications.* Draft and update floor plans, elevations, and FF&E layouts using *AutoCAD*.* Support in furniture sourcing, vendor coordination, compiling pricing, preparing client presentations, and maintaining FF&E budgets.* Attend site visits, installations, and vendor meetings as required.*Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.* 4+ years of professional experience in interior design, preferably with a focus on hospitality or high-end residential projects.* Proficiency in *AutoCAD* is required; Proficiency in *Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop) *is required.
