Responsibilities for this position include operating a portable grinder about 60% of the time, flux core welding, and operating air/power tools. This person will also coordinate with the warehouse to acquire parts as needed. Assemble repaired rendering machinery with new and reworked parts.*Qualifications for this position include:** High School Diploma required.* Some flux core (working with .045) welding experience.* Experience in operating a portable grinder (sizes 4 ½” & 9” grinders).* Able to lift up to 60 pounds.* Good mechanical aptitude.* Excellent attendance record with proven ability to meet deadlines.* Able to work overtime, averaging 8 hours/week, including some Saturdays.*Work hours are 6:00 am - 2:30 pm Monday through Friday.
