If this sounds like a good fit and you want to create change and drive outcomes, then you may be a good fit.*Maintenance Technician*_*Role (Overview of the Position)*_· Conduct maintenance and repairs on occupied and vacant residential rental properties.Company vehicle provided._*Responsibilities (Tasks Associated with the Role) tasks include, but limited to:*_· Painting and drywall work· Light carpentry· Light electrical and plumbing· A variety of odds and ends to get homes ready for rent.· A variety of repairs to maintain properties and keep tenants happy.· Keep a watchful eye/ear on any deficiencies while entering a property and reporting back to leadership/create work order_*Results (Expected Accomplishments)*_· Ensure tenant satisfaction with the repair process and outcome· Ensure work that is completed is in the best interest of the property and owner· Accurately track time and work order progress· Ensure notes and photos are recorded accurately and detailed into each work order· Maintain excellent communication with all parties, internal and external._*Requirements (Expected Proficiencies)*_· High school diploma or equivalent.· Previous property maintenance or trade work experience preferred· Existing knowledge and continued learning of property maintenance and construction* Ability to adapt to any process changes throughout your tenure· High degree of initiative and self-motivation; strong problem-solving skills· Ability to utilize technology including email and tablet software· Must have driver’s licenseJob Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hourBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Flexible spending account* Health insurance* Health savings account* Paid time off* Parental leave* Vision insuranceSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Monday to FridayApplication Question(s):* Are you able to use your own tools?Ability to Commute:* Salt Lake City, UT 84115 (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Salt Lake City, UT 84115: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
