This role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions to maintain lawns, landscapes, and outdoor spaces to the highest standard.*Responsibilities** Perform lawn mowing, edging, and trimming* Bush and tree trimming* Full yard cleanups (fall and spring)* Snow removal during winter months* Assist in landscaping projects, including planting, mulching, and small pond installations* Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment* Load and unload materials and debris for jobs* Follow safety procedures and company guidelines*Qualifications** Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping, or outdoor labor preferred (will train the right person)* Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation* Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team* Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to work in various weather conditions*Benefits** Competitive hourly pay based on experience* Flexible scheduling options* Opportunity for growth and year-round work* Friendly, team-oriented work environmentJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, ContractPay: $18.00 - $26.06 per hourExpected hours: No more than 40 per weekBenefits:* Flexible schedule* Paid time off* Parental leavePeople with a criminal record are encouraged to applyAbility to Commute:* Durango, CO 81301 (Preferred)Ability to Relocate:* Durango, CO 81301: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)Work Location: In person
