$14.00 to $17.00 per hour.40 hours per week--Some Saturday Shifts Required--No Nights--No Sundays!!!Gulf Breeze Storage / Fort Storage is seeking Full-Time / Part-Time candidates for Property Manager / Assistant Property Manager. In these roles, you will work to achieve and exceed sales goals (rentals of storage units, packing supply sales, U-Haul Rentals, and more) and provide customers with exceptional customer service in a clean, well-maintained, and secure storage facility. We offer competitive wages, paid vacation time, paid holidays, and a quarterly bonus, along with a flexible work schedule.Property Manager / Assistant Property Manager Duties and Responsibilities:/*Provide exceptional service to our Customers./*Recommend appropriate unit sizes and services based on each Customer’s needs./*Understand and explain the leasing process to Customers./*Sell merchandise, including packing/moving supplies, and offer insurance to protect our customers’ belongings./*Accurately manage cash and balance receipts, pursue collections, post payments, and process daily bank deposits accurately./*Understand and efficiently operate our Property Management Software to complete leases, take payments, run reports, and manage tenant accounts./*Conduct daily inspections of the facility./*Perform light maintenance and housekeeping tasks inside the facility and on the grounds./*Perform other related duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager./*We are also a U-Haul dealer. You must be able to complete truck and trailer rentals, including connecting trailers to vehicles and moving this equipment around when needed.Qualifications of a Property Manager / Assistant Property Manager:/*The ability to properly perform ALL duties related to U-Haul rentals is required./*Self-Storage, Truck and Trailer Rentals, or Retail experience is a plus.../*Strong work ethic and self-starter/*Excellent customer service and sales skills/*Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills/*Excellent organizational skills/*Basic computer skills/*Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly/*HS diploma/GED (minimum)/*Clean driving record and a valid driver’s license/*Must be available to work on Saturdays/*The Company reserves the right to conduct pre-employment drug screening and/or background screening on all individuals who apply for employment.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: Up to $17.00 per hourBenefits:* Employee discount* Paid time offApplication Question(s):* Are you available to work on Saturdays?* Are you available to work at different facilities when needed?* Can you connect and disconnect trailers to customer vehicles and back up large trucks?* Do you have experience specifically related to the self-storage industry?Experience:* Management: 1 year (Required)* Customer Service: 1 year (Required)Work Location: In person
