Landscape Irrigation and Lighting Crew Leader

We are searching for a Landscape Irrigation and Lighting Crew Leader to be responsible for managing people, materials, and equipment in the field to complete irrigation installation and maintenance in a timely manner. For those who decide to take the initiative to go above and beyond their basic duties; they will expand their knowledge and skills of the industry and be rewarded for doing so.*Minimum Qualifications** Have three (3) years industry experience or its equivalent* Experience in leading/management of yourself in performance of this work* A valid Pennsylvania driver's license* A Backflow Certification or obtain certification within six (6) months of hire* Able to lift up to seventy (70) pounds.* Competent to repair, maintain, and troubleshoot existing systems including, but not limited to, the repairs and maintenance of valves, tracing electrical components, installing and initializing clocks and timers, locating existing zones and valves, performing pump repairs, and programming multiple brands of controllers* Capable to perform the start up and shut down of irrigation systems* Adept with equipment used in the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems (trencher, pipe-puller, skid steer, electric line locator, etc.)*Responsibilities** Lead and supervise the irrigation and lighting crew in daily operations.* Install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems, ensuring optimal performance.* Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.* Ensure compliance with safety standards and obtain necessary certifications, such as Backflow Certification.* Train and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.* Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.This pay for this positon is a non-exempt rate of $26-$32 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
