Assistant Manager

*Description*The Cookie Plug is seeking a motivated assistant manager with a strong commitment to personal development, *upbeat attitude, and customer service*. We are looking for someone who's uniqueness and personality can make a daily impact in a positive and encouraging environment.We are seeking someone who is able to lead a team of up to 4people at our Cookie Plug store. This person must be a strong leader and be comfortable coaching team members.*Responsibilities** Deliver top notch riz to every guest that walks through the door* Talk about the latest tea with our guest (talk about latest deals and specials)* Take all orders with accuracy and repeat orders back to ensure accuracy* Bake cookies, put truck deliveries away, use of ovens, and POS systems.* Thank all customers upon departure, invite them to return.* Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized dining room and service area.* Comply with all health and food safety regulations at all times.* Count in and out of your drawer at the beginning and end of your shift, drop the nightly deposit if you're closing.*Qualifications** At least 2 years leading a shift is preferred* Must have reliable transportation.* Availability during daytime, evenings, and late-night weekends.* Ability to learn computerized ordering systems.* Basic math, ability to count money and make change efficiently.* Friendly demeanor and a positive attitude.* Trustworthy and reliable.* Excellent customer service skills.* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.* Ability to stand for long periods of the day.* Ability to work autonomously, stay productive.Cookie Plug slangs the fattest and thiccest cookies on the block.
