As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests. If you have a passion for mixology, excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.*Responsibilities:** Prepare and serve various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper storage of supplies.* Engage with customers, taking orders, providing recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction.* Process transactions accurately using the POS system and cash register.* Adhere to food safety and handling regulations to maintain a safe environment for staff and customers.* Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages.* Uphold standards by presenting drinks elegantly and maintaining professionalism at all times.* Varifying identification of guests to ensure they meet the requirements for legal drinking ages.*Experience** Previous experience in the food industry & bartending.* Strong math skills for drink measurements.* Familiarity with creating mixed drinks.* Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.* Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours.* Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.* A friendly demeanor with strong communication skills to foster positive guest interactions.Join our team as a Bartender where your skills will shine, and your contributions will be valued!Job Type: Part-timeBenefits:* Employee discount* Flexible scheduleShift:* 8 hour shift* Day shift* Evening shiftAbility to Commute:* Metairie, LA 70003 (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Metairie, LA 70003: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
