Service Supervisor - 2nd Shift

If so, join the Creative Dining team at The College of Wooster.We are looking for friendly, experienced food service professionals to complete our late night supervisor team, serving great food to hungry students using state-of-the-art equipment and technology. Our staff have every-other weekend off, paid holidays, opportunities for training and advancement and time off between semesters to spend with family and friends during the winter holidays.*Core Responsibilities:*1. Supervise and work alongside a team of late-night service staff, preparing food orders for hungry students.2. Train new service employees according to prescribed training schedule3. Assist the Service Manager with all aspects of service and employees4. Assisting in recruitment and hiring of new employees5. Communicate regularly with management about workplace needs and improvements.6.
