The irrigation specialist’s main objective is to maintain our client’s irrigation systems while providing exceptional customer service. Irrigation specialists can work well with minimal supervision and provide a safe environment for themselves, crew members and clients while meeting budget and time requirements. The best applicants are strong leaders driven by core values, goals, and a genuine love of the outdoors and serving people.* Ensure production standards are being met by managing jobs and training on-site.* Ensure man-hour budgets are met and efficiency is maximized.* Managing of irrigation inventory* Ensure that all safety procedures and safety programs are being followed.* Attend weekly safety meetings.* *Help ensure the safety of yourself, your team, and the people around you.*_*Experience, Skills & Education*_2 years experience working with residential and commercial irrigation systemsEffective oral and written communication skillsHigh School degree or GED equivalent.Valid Driver's License to operate a company vehicleServices irrigation systems to work order specificationsGood written and verbal communication skills.
