Multi Site Property Manager

*Overview*We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, facilities management, and leasing, with a focus on maintaining high occupancy rates and ensuring tenant satisfaction. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.*Duties** Manage property operations including tenant relations, leasing, and maintenance.* Utilize property management software (Appfolio) for tracking leases, payments, and maintenance requests.* Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance requirements.* Implement effective marketing strategies to attract new tenants and upsell available units.* Coordinate with vendors for property maintenance and repairs while ensuring quality service delivery.* Handle legal administrative tasks related to lease agreements, evictions, move ins and move outs.* Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, lease agreements, and financial transactions.* Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and address any concerns or issues promptly.*Experience** Proven experience in property management or related field is required.* Strong knowledge of property leasing processes and legal requirements.* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with tenants and vendors alike.* Proficiency in office software applications for reporting and documentation purposes.* A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.If you are passionate about property management and possess the necessary skills to excel in this role, we encourage you to apply.
