The Assistant General Manager will assist in overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, ensuring an outstanding guest experience, and helping to drive the restaurant’s success.*Key Responsibilities ** Operational Support: Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, including food preparation, customer service, and maintaining cleanliness standards.* Staff Supervision: Support in recruiting, training, and supervising staff, and help to create a positive and productive work environment. Assist in managing staff schedules and performance evaluations.* Customer Service: Ensure all customers receive exceptional service. Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.* Financial Assistance: Assist in managing budgets, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability.
