The position is responsible for the preparation and production of all Ziggy's Pub & Restaurant menu items.RESPONSIBILITIES:* Responsible for all preparation of fried appetizers and entrees prepared in the kitchen of the restaurant* Clean, sanitize, and put away items when finished* When required, portion appropriate items according to Shift Leader's requests and Ziggy's guidelines* Stock station(s) according to Ziggy's policy and procedural requirements* Other duties include, maintaining the station(s) to which you are assigned* Other duties as assigned by managementWe are looking for candidates that have a TEAM FIRST mentality.
