(Ex. can read a tape measure)* Shoveling, Digging and Raking - soil, sand and stone.* Able to move and accurately dump a heavy full wheelbarrow.* Listens well- and receives constructive feedback.* Experience with using a skid steer and/or mini-excavator. (not required)* Experience driving a F550 dump truck and trailer. (not required)*Expectations: ** *Proactive and Self Motivated* In the mornings- on time & helping prepare for the day, On the job- stays focused and on task (regardless of duty).* *Hardworking* Works hard throughout the day. This job is not for everyone. It requires a lot of lifting, pushing and pulling heavy objects. In addition, digging in all types of earth and rock, sandy and rocky. Moving wheelbarrows full of soil, rocks, concrete and the like. You are expected to be able to do the work each day for a 30-50 hour work week.* *Positive Attitude *Eager to learn new tasks. Listens to instructions and executes the plan. Looks to be helpful and tries to keep the job moving forward. Speaks and responds positively to work situations and people.
