As a Machine Operator, you’ll work with advanced fabrication equipment, prepare and process raw materials, and ensure that every component meets our exacting standards.Whether you're looking to grow your skills or take your metal fabrication experience to the next level, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to a culture built on quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.*The Fabrication Machine Operator is responsible for:** Preparing metal tubes, bars, and other materials, and staging them for the next operation (which is performed by Fabrication/Welding)* Running machines such as bandsaw, tube cutters, deburr, resizing dies, metal benders, perforator, Laser, Robot, CNC, etc., to level II expectancies while also performing some of the machine set-ups.* Measuring, cutting, deburring, and staging of Raw materials as per our manufacturing processes and instructions, using Manufacturing jigs per instructions* Executing all work assigned in a timely and accurate manner against time and quality standards* Ensuring that orders are fulfilled with 100% accuracy and with minimal scrap.* Perform Daily TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) reviews for all assigned equipment, Clean area, machines, etc.* Maintain your area to 5S standards.* Provide input and ideas for continuous improvements that can be made in process, equipment, or tools.* For interested team members, opportunities are available to cross-train and assist in welding operations.* Other duties as assigned*Responsibilities:**Beyond the normal activities as covered above, the Fabrication Machine Operator is also responsible for:** AWE Tuning event attendance and working as needed* Being a leader by example of our core values* Maintaining an on-brand and tidy work environment* Time Tracking clocking in and out.* Attendance clock in and out, including lunch break (30 minutes).*Accountabilities**The success of the role will be based upon a mix of:** Quality and accuracy of work, as measured by your Supervisor.* Completing all training to level II expectations and performing them proficiently* Volume of work, as dictated and measured by your Supervisor.* Adherence to employee handbook and company policies.*Qualifications: ** High school diploma or equivalent* Must have 1 – 3 years of metal fabrication experience* Working knowledge of CNC and saw machines and some troubleshooting.* Proficient in measuring, cutting, deburring, and staging of raw materials.* Interest in welding and willingness to learn new skills is a plus.*Additional information:*We offer comprehensive benefits, including health, Dental, 401 (k) with Company match, Paid Time Off, and Employee-to-Employee Bonus Benefits.
