Bartender

*Job Summary*We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring a memorable experience for all patrons. Your expertise in mixology and customer service will contribute to the vibrant atmosphere of our establishment.*Duties** Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.* Engage with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.* Operate the Aloha POS system for processing orders and managing transactions efficiently.* Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures.* Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure smooth operations.* Comply with all food safety regulations and ensure that all drinks are served responsibly.* Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders when applicable.* Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure timely service without compromising quality.*Requirements** Previous experience as a Bartender in a nightclub or fine dining setting is preferred.* Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha, is advantageous.* Strong knowledge of mixology, drink recipes, and beverage presentation techniques.* Excellent time management skills to handle high-volume service periods efficiently.* Ability to handle cash register operations accurately and responsibly.* Strong communication skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.* Knowledge of food safety practices within the food industry is essential.* Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required by the business needs.Join us in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests while showcasing your bartending talents!Job Type: Full-timePay: $8.00 - $12.00 per hourExpected hours: 35 per weekAbility to Commute:* Bardstown, KY 40004 (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Bardstown, KY 40004: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
