This is a live-in position with a furnished apartment provided on the property. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, discreet, and capable of managing all aspects of household operations with professionalism and care. Maintenance and basic handyman knowledge is required.*Key Responsibilities*· Household Management: Ensure the smooth daily operation of the residence, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, organization, and service.· Staff Oversight: Supervise and coordinate with household staff, including housekeepers, groundskeepers, and other service providers.· Maintenance Coordination: Schedule and oversee regular maintenance, repairs, and inspections of the home and property systems.· Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with contractors, landscapers, and other vendors; ensure quality and timely service.· Event Support: Assist with planning and execution of private events and gatherings hosted at the residence.· Security & Privacy: Maintain a secure and private environment for the principals and their guests.· Personal Assistance: Provide occasional support with errands, scheduling, and travel arrangements.*Qualifications*· Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.· High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.· Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.Job Type: Full-timePay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per yearBenefits:* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceAbility to Commute:* Big Rock, IL 60511 (Preferred)Ability to Relocate:* Big Rock, IL 60511: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)Work Location: In person
