Pacific Crest Real Estate LLC is a leading property management company based in Seattle. We offer professional management services for multi-family properties in King, Pierce, Snohomish, and Kitsap counties. We are seeking a responsible, hardworking and detail oriented full-time Assistant Property Manager for one property located in the Everett neighborhood. This candidate is required to work onsite with and has a compensation range of $25 to $27 per hour annually depending on experience.This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in property management and is looking to get their foot in the door. This position will report to the Senior Property Manager/Asset Manager.*The ideal candidate will possess:** A positive attitude* Be responsible* Hardworking* Detail oriented* Can multi-task* Excellent problem-solving skills* Superb marketing abilities*Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:** Market vacancies* Meet and greet prospective residents, show/walk through available units* Complete traffic sheets and maintain guest card files* Administer the Resident Referral and Resident Retention programs* Assist in resolving resident complaints and answer any resident questions* Perform move-ins and move-outs, rent collection, process rental forms* Issue legal notices, maintenance of all records and files* Assist with monitoring curb appeal, office and common area appearance* Perform maintenance assessments, and coordinate maintenance work, vendor relations* Errand running including the purchase of supplies, mailing at post office, etc.*Worker Ability Characteristics:** Oral comprehension – to listen and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences* Oral Expression – to communicate information and ideas in speaking so other will understand* Written comprehension – to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing* Problem sensitivity – to tell when something is wrong or is likely going to be a problem.*Desired Work Styles:** Dependability – requires being reliable, responsible, dependable and fulfilling obligations required by the property* Initiative – willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges* Cooperation – being pleasant with other on the job and displaying a good-natured and cooperative attitude* Analytical thinking – analyzing information and using logic to address work-related issues and problems* Innovation – creativity and alternative thinking to develop new ideas for and answers to any issues that may arise*Qualifications and requirements:** Must be able to work on weekends, living on-site is optional* 1-3 years related experience preferred but not required* Superb written and verbal communication skills* Basic computer proficiency* Knowledge of AppFolio and Onsite a plus* Valid drivers license and reliable transportation requiredJob Type: Full-timePay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Flexible schedule* Health insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceSchedule:* Overtime* Weekends as neededWork Location: In person
