Landscaping Crew & Leader

*Overview*We are seeking dedicated and skilled Landscapers and a Landscaping Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of landscape maintenance focusing on hardscapes and softscape.We do not do lawns. This role involves various tasks related to the installation and maintenance of hardscapes, ponds & water features and flower beds.Seeking both part time and full-time workers and a full-time foreman (player/coach) to run a team.*Duties** Installing hardscapes (natural stone walkways, edging, and creating flower beds).* Sod Installation.* Utilize power tools effectively for various landscaping projects.* Building and maintaining water features.* Digging and preparing soil for planting flowers, shrubs, and trees.* Building and maintaining garden beds, ensuring proper drainage and soil health.* Concrete and masonry work is a plus.* Following safety protocols while operating equipment and handling materials.*Requirements** Proven experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is preferred.* Familiarity with power tools and landscaping equipment is essential.* Ability to dig, plant, and maintain gardens effectively.* Experience in building landscape features such as patios or walkways is a plus.* Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.* Physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.* Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.* Ability to lift 50 lbs.Join us in creating stunning and sustainable landscapes that enhance the beauty of our community!Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, ContractPay: $15.00 - $35.00 per hourSchedule:* 10 hour shift* 4 hour shift* 8 hour shift* Day shift* Monday to Friday* No nights* Overtime* Weekends as neededWork Location: In person
