Experienced Dog Groomer

We are looking for the perfect dog groomer to join our team of CHAMPIONS! Champions Premier Dog Parlor is experiencing a boom of new clientele and customer retention, which is why we need YOU to join the expansion!At Champions Premier Dog Parlor, you will have the opportunity to become a 6-figure groomer. Along with our competitive base pay, commission opportunities are abundant and encouraged.In addition to expert grooming, you will represent the Champions experience. This includes greeting customers, scheduling appointments, dog handling to-and-from the bath, cage and front desk, and so much more.This job requires communication skills, multitasking, time management, but most importantly, a _passion _for pups.We do have bathers and a receptionist on site, but we do expect you to help with bathing, station cleaning and receptionist tasks such as booking appointments and answering the phone when needed.Are YOU a Champion?*We are looking for someone who:**- *Has grooming experience (at least 3year)-Has the ability to perform a variety of full grooming services on all canine breeds, including but not limited to; grooming, bathing, nail trimming, teeth brushing and anal gland expression-Has the ability to communicate with pet owners to determine needs and ensure trust- Can ensure animals are provided care in accordance with company, state, and federal regulations- Is able to recognize common dog skin or health issues while dogs are in our care, as well as any behavioral issues to keep the dog safeJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: From $1,000.00 per weekExpected hours: 25 – 40 per weekBenefits:* Dental insurance* Employee discount* Flexible schedule* Health insurance* Paid time off* Paid training* Vision insuranceCompensation Package:* Commission pay* TipsSchedule:* Evening shift* Monday to Friday* Morning shift* Weekends as neededEducation:* High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:* Pet grooming: 3 years (Required)Work Location: In person
