Positions are currently seasonal for approximately 9 months of the year mid-March through mid-December with potential for year-round work.We take PRIDE in our work:Professionalism - Resilience - Initiative - Diligence - Ethical AccountabilityOur goal is to provide our customers the best results and experience possible while supporting our employees in their growth and development during their time with us - whether your goal is to grow within the company, or learn valuable skills on your way to bigger and better things, we're here for it!Our work environment includes:* Shop / Warehouse setting* Daily travel to, from, and between jobs in service vehicles* Services performed at residential and commercial properties* Growth opportunitiesHourly pay with performance bonuses for attendance, production, quality, and satisfaction*Job Requirements:** High School Diploma or equivalent.* Valid driver's license and clean driving record.* Pass DOT physical to drive company trucks (Lead Tech) No CDL required* Previous experience in exterior cleaning, pressure washing, or related field preferred, but not necessary.* Knowledge of cleaning equipment, techniques, and chemicals preferred, but not necessary.* Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors in various weather conditions.* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.* Excellent communication and customer service skills.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.* Willingness to undergo training and certification programs as required.* Commitment to maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor.* Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed.* Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company.*Job Duties:**Lead Technician:*1. *Job Planning and Execution:*· Plan and oversee the execution of exterior cleaning projects, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and according to quality standards.2. *Supervision and Training:*· Provide guidance and supervision to Assistant Technicians during jobs, ensuring they follow safety protocols and maintain high-quality work.3. *Customer Interaction:*· Serve as the main point of contact with customers during on-site projects, addressing any questions or concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.4. *Equipment Management:*· Manage and maintain equipment, ensuring it's in good working order and that safety measures are followed during its use.5. *Safety Compliance:*· Ensure that safety protocols are followed on job sites, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety guidelines.6. *Problem Solving:*· Handle unexpected challenges and problem-solving during jobs, making decisions to ensure the successful completion of projects.7. *Quality Control:*· Conduct quality control inspections to ensure that work meets established standards before completing a job.8. *Team Leadership:*· Lead by example, motivating and guiding Assistant Technicians to work efficiently and maintain a high level of professionalism.*Assistant Technician:*1. *Assist Lead Technician:*· Work alongside the Lead Technician, assisting with job setup, execution, and cleanup.2. *Equipment Setup and Maintenance:*· Assist in setting up and maintaining equipment, ensuring it's in proper working condition.3. *Task Execution:*· Perform exterior cleaning tasks as directed by the Lead Technician, including house / roof washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, or other specialized services.4. *Material Handling:*· Handle cleaning materials, chemicals, and supplies safely and efficiently, ensuring they are used appropriately.5. *Safety Awareness:*· Follow safety protocols and guidelines, including wearing PPE and participating in safety training.6. *Customer Service Support:*· Assist with customer interactions, such as greeting customers, answering basic questions, and maintaining a professional demeanor.7. *Learning and Training:*· Continuously learn and improve skills through training and mentorship provided by the Lead Technician.8. *Clean-Up and Maintenance:*· Help with job site cleanup and equipment maintenance after completing a project.9. *Reporting and Documentation:*· Assist with documenting job details, materials used, and any issues encountered during projects.This division of responsibilities allows the Lead Technician to focus on leadership, quality control, customer interactions, and overall project management, while the Assistant Technician supports the Lead and gains valuable experience.
