Casa Tacos is a new, family operated, drive-thru Mexican tacquiera that focuses on Tacos al Carbon, or charcoal grilled meats, in a quick-service setting. We believe in combining the quality of fast casual dining with the speed and convenience of fast food. Our mission is simple: to elevate Mexican fast food with the irresistible flavors of Tacos Al Carbon, On-The-go.The cashier/drive-through attendant is responsible for providing excellent customer service to customers through the drive-through or at the register. This role involves taking orders, processing payments, and ensuring that customers receive their food and drinks in a timely and accurate manner. The position requires a friendly attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.*Key Responsibilities for Cashier/drive thru:** *Customer Service:* Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner. Address customer needs and ensure a positive dining experience.* *Order Taking:* Accurately take customer orders via drive-through speaker or register, ensuring that all items are correct and complete.* *Payment Processing:* Handle cash, credit, or debit card transactions. Give correct change and process payments accurately.* *Food & Drink Assembly:* Ensure orders are correctly prepared and ready for customers. Verify that the correct items are packaged and delivered to the customer.* *Drive-Through Window Operations:* Serve customers at the drive-through window, ensuring quick service while maintaining high levels of accuracy.* *Maintain Cleanliness:* Keep the drive-through area and cashier station clean and organized. Regularly wipe down surfaces, and assist with the cleaning of the work area.* *Cash Register Operation:* Operate a cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system, inputting orders and processing transactions.* *Problem-Solving:* Address any issues or complaints from customers in a calm, professional manner, seeking solutions to resolve problems promptly.* *Multitasking:* Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while ensuring that orders are processed efficiently and customers are attended to quickly.* *Teamwork:* Work with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the drive-through or cashier station.
