Restaurant Manager

Daily Responsibilities:* Manage front of house, while upholding incredible customer service among our staff; provide service that’s friendly, down-to-earth, accommodating and aims to cultivate regulars.* Manage and motivate restaurant employees; assign duties, server sections before lunch and dinner, and conduct pre-fuction briefings.* Greet customers, manage expectations during long wait times and seat accordingly.* Ensure efficient restaurant operations; drive sales, maintain profitability and set and meet quality goals.* Lead by example and be willing to help in all aspects of the business; provide a hands on approach with event setup and assist staff as needed, to maintain smooth flow during busiest times.* Build relationships with customers; handle and resolve guest concerns and complaints immediately and professionally.* Adhere to all cash handling, cash management and cash register policies.* Assist with catering orders for pick up; take orders, provide suggestions and guidance to customers.Requirements:* Minimum 2-3 years’ of management experience in fast-paced, high volume restaurant* Self motivated and driven to exceed expectations* Desire to work in a team oriented environment* Positive attitude, strong communication skills and passion for hospitality* Knowledge of food and beverage; Aldelo POS experience is a plus* A flexible schedule (mix of mornings, nights, and weekends…plus holidays)Full time; competitive salary depending on experience.If you are interested in applying for this position, please send us your resume and contact info.Job Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per yearApplication Question(s):* What is the highest level of education you have completed?Experience:* relevant: 2 years (Preferred)* restaurant: 2 years (Preferred)* restaurant industry: 2 years (Preferred)Language:* English (Preferred)
