*Echelon Luxury Properties is a locally owned premier vacation rental manager of high-end properties in Destin and along 30A.**We are people-first company looking for a well-organized and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The ability to go above and beyond is a must.**Key Responsibilities:** Oversee all aspects of *housekeeping, linen procurement, laundry services, and quality assurance* to maintain our top teir property standards.* Manage daily *warehouse operations*, ensuring organization, efficiency, and inventory control.* Act as the primary liaison between *housekeeping, laundry, and quality assurance vendors* to optimize service levels.* Collaborate with internal teams to *streamline operations, enhance efficiencies, and add value* to our luxury property portfolio.* Assist in the *onboarding of new properties* and support additional projects as needed.* Conduct property inspections to guarantee our best-in-class *cleanliness and presentation standards*.* Lead and mentor *warehouse staff*, implementing strategies to enhance performance and workflow.* Build and maintain *strong vendor relationships* to support the company’s operational success.* Work closely with the *executive team*, providing regular updates on performance and operational needs.*What We’re Looking For:** *Proven experience* in vacation rental management or luxury hospitality operations.* Exceptional *organizational and time-management skills* to handle multiple priorities.* A proactive, *self-motivated leader* who thrives in a dynamic environment.* Strong *problem-solving abilities* with a keen attention to detail.* Excellent *communication and interpersonal skills* to work effectively with vendors, guests, and internal teams.* *Tech-savvy*, with proficiency in MS Office and relevant property management software.* A results-driven mindset with a *commitment to guest satisfaction and operational excellence*.Job Type: Full-timePay: $55,000.00 - $63,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Flexible schedule* Health insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Weekends as neededExperience:* Hospitality: 1 year (Required)License/Certification:* Driver's License (Required)Work Location: In person
