Job Description

Dynamic Fitness & Strength is currently looking for a Mechanical Assembler. This position plays an integral role within our manufacturing environments, focusing on the assembly of mechanical parts, pieces, or products. This position requires a keen attention to detail and a strong understanding of assembly instructions and blueprints to ensure that each component is constructed and joined correctly, maintaining the high-quality standards set by the company* Read and interpret Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), General Arrangement (GA) Drawings, and Production Prints* Install mechanical components (i.e. bearings, shafts, hardware, etc.) per design* Install electrical components (circuit boards, digital display, sensors, etc.) into main assemblies per design* Follow work instructions to build mechanical and electrical assemblies* Discern quality of parts and materials used in production* Inventory parts and tools used in the assembling process* Perform basic troubleshooting* Conduct in process inspections* Test finished products for defects* Lead factory acceptance testing of equipment* Clean and maintain work areas* Work hours necessary to support Company demand* Train and assist others as required* Other duties as assigned* *Minimum Requirements:** High school diploma or equivalent* Strong mechanical/electrical aptitude* Ability to follow work instructions and assembly diagrams* Experience installing mechanical components, following procedures, and performing basic troubleshooting* Exceptional work ethic, can-do attitude, and team player* Willing and able to adhere to all Company policies, including strict adherence to safety procedures* Willing and able to learn, understand and support the Company’s quality objectives* Able to communicate effectively.* Able to work independently with minimal instruction/supervision* Able to lift and move 50 pounds of material unassisted* Experience with soldering preferred but not required* Flexible and adaptable to work requirements* Willing and able to wear personal protective equipment necessary for job duties performed* Willing to cross-train as neededJob Type: Full-timePay: $21.71 - $28.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Health savings account* Life insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceSchedule:* 10 hour shift* 4x10* Day shift* No weekendsWork Location: In person
