*Overview*The Assistant Director plays a pivotal role in supporting the leadership team in the administration and strategic planning of educational programs. This position requires a dynamic individual who is passionate about education and possesses strong leadership skills. The Assistant Director will collaborate with faculty, staff, and students to enhance the educational experience while managing departmental budgets and resources effectively.*Duties** Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans for educational programs.* Educate and support faculty and staff in best practices for program delivery and student engagement.* Foster a positive learning environment by promoting collaboration among students, faculty, and administration.* Lead initiatives to improve educational outcomes and enhance student experiences.* Oversee administrative functions related to education administration, including compliance with university policies.* Provide mentorship and guidance to staff, fostering professional development opportunitiesWe are looking for a team player who can be a good example to staff. An ideal candidate would be someone who can be the jack of all trades. In management we'll do a little of everything.
