Landscape Foreman

*Job Overview*We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Supervisor to lead our landscaping team in delivering high-quality landscape and hardscape installation services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in landscaping, irrigation, hardscapes, and leadership. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively read blueprints, manage projects, ensure team productivity, and maintain the highest standards of landscape aesthetics.*Duties** Oversee daily operations of landscaping projects, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to specifications.* Supervise crew members irrigation system, landscape, and hardscape projects.* Coordinate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide expert recommendations.* Manage the maintenance of equipment and tools used for landscaping tasks.* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices on job sites.* Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure quality standards are met.* Assist in the planning and execution of landscape designs and installations.* Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project timelines.*Qualifications** Minimum of 3 years working with an landscape company leading crews.* Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.* Knowledge of landscaping, hardscaping, irrigation systems, and horticulture principles.* Experience in construction-related tasks is a plus.* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members.* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.* Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members alike.* A valid driver's license is required for transportation between job sites.
